  12. What does it mean "Poste Restante"?

  1. I don't remember the password to my account.
    If you cannot log in to your account, on the error page that is displayes click on link "Password forgotten". Then enter your email addres (the email addres that you used to create the account) and click proceed. In few minutes you should receive email with your new password. For security reasons you should change the password. To do that lon in too yout account with new password, on the page "My account" click the link "Change Password". "My account" link should be visible at the top of the page on the right.

    If you are sure that you don't remember the password click the link "Password recall" visible in login box at the top of the page on the right.

  2. When I try to add items to my cart nothing happens!
    For proper work of the store you should enable in your web browser cookie and JavaScript support. Cookies are created when you first time use the cart (by adding the product or simply viewing the cart). When you disable cookies in your web browser, you will not we able do add any product to your cart.
    Please note that we don't receive any data from your system using cookies. Cookies are only used for order realisation.

  3. Does the price of the item includes fee for shipping?

    Yes. All prices visible on web pages of joni.pl store does contain tax (VAT).

  5. I cannot make a bank transfer, is the account number correct?

    We can asure you that number of the bank account is correct. In case of any problems you can try to enter all digits without any blank spaces or simply ask your bank what format of the bank account number is required.

    Yes, it is the order total you should pay.

  7. Do all items presented in your pricelist are available "at once"?

    No, only part of our offer is availabe "at once", for other products you have to wait longer. Most of the items are sent the same or the next day fromthe order date (it depend o the possibility to confirm the order).
    For products that are not avaialble "at once":

    Realisation time = waiting time for item from manufacturer + delivery time

    We do our best to minimise realisation time of the order.

  8. I have received information that my package has been send few days ago but I did not receive the package.
    You should to contact with your Post Office, in some cases package is shipped when adresee is not present and postman cannot leave "awizo" or simply "awizo" is lost. When package cannot be found on the Post or Curier Department you have to contact with us using following email address sklep@joni.pl . Package lost is very rare.

  9. I haven't received email confirmation of my order. What should I do?
    In such case you should contact with us using sklep@joni.pl email address (giving our name) or using the phone 691 472 811. We will check if the order was correctly placed.

  10. Is there possibility to ship items from one order to two different addresses?
    The address of the package is only one. If you want to deliver items to two different persons, you should make two separate orders.

  11. What shipping methods are available in joni.pl store?
    We send prioritaire packages: regular and poste-restante.

    Regular packages are delivered to the given address by the postman. When you are not at home postma leaves "awizo" and package wil be waiting for you at the Post Office. During that time you may pick up the package at your Post Office. Usually package is availabe in 3 days after sending.

    Poste-restante it is fully unobtrusive package. Postman wil not leave any "awizo", the package is usually availabe in 3 days after sending and will be waiting for you at the Post Office for 10 days.
    When you want to use poste-restante option, during chceckout you should choose poste-restante shipping, and in the comments box enter precise address and number of the Post Office where the should be delivered to.

    Our store gives you ability to deliver the package to the person you want, so you can make suprice to a person you care about. In that case you should change the delivery addres to the address of the person you want to make suprice to and pay for the order by bank transfer.

  12. What does it mean "Poste Restante"?
    Poste-restante it is fully unobtrusive package. Postman wil not leave any "awizo", the package is availabe usually in 3 days after sending and will be waiting for you at the Post Office for 10 days.
    When you want to use poste-restante option, during chceckout you should choose poste-restante shipping, and in the comments box enter precise address and number of the Post Office where the should be delivered to.
